Injection moulding
Our die-casting section operates more than 20 injection moulding machines to produce synthetic parts in a range of 1-30 gram per piece.
General application:
We process all current thermoplastic plastics. Any injection mouldings will be made by our own tool construction.
We manufacture according to your sample or drawing:

- infusion bottle hanger

Assembly of individual parts to form complex devices, overmoulding of metal pieces and hot stamping of different materials as well as soft blistering of plastic parts are also possible.
Battery components
Beside cell poles and cell conectors made of lead, we also manufature various plastic products for the accumulator industry in our injection moulder section. As desired by the customer additional sealing rings can be assembled or injected.
Pharmaceutical articles
For our customers in pharmaceutical industry we produce, among others, suspension devices for light and heavy infusion and transinfusion bottles with a content of 50-1000 ml, bottle caps and precision controller for infusion.
We serve customers like Bayer B, Braun Melsungen, Aventis Pharma, Beecham, German Red Cross and many more.
All requirements in accordance with DIN 58369 are met by our quality management system.
