Cell pole
Cell poles are produced in our company according to customer’s order. Construction and development are mutually realised with the customer, if requested. The final processing of the seal faces for the cell poles is made by highly-accurate machinery.
According to customers’ request it is possible overmoulding the cell poles in our plastic department with all current thermoplastic plastic material.
Our casting machine can process cell pole inlays made of copper or brass with or without pre-tin plating.
Due to our own pre-tin plating machines it is most widely possible to do without an alternative fire tinning.
In this way it is also possible to do without costly and complicated moulded inlays
with undercuts and six-edged. We even guarantee an ideal bonding quality for simple cylindrical cell pole inlays.
For batch and mass production with several million pieces each year we have the necessary facilities at our command.
